I don't recall A-Spec TIIs having twins. Although there is a 13B-RE with twins that swap into a TII. It's favorable to swap into a GSL-SE from the get go because they're both 13b EFI. The GSL is still the 1.1L carb'd. And the GSL-SE's rear end comes with LSD.

But a simple answer would be Yes, it can be swapped into a GSL. I have one myself.
