I'm a guy, something is up with this girl. Ever since i got back to school, shes been different. One day, she starts resting her arm on my leg. I touch her shoulder, and she totally hugs me. She stole my hat for as long as she could. Riped a small hole in my shirt. Then all of a sudden its not as cosistant. So I brushed it off. Shes steals other peoples hats, wrestles with her male friend. But is still paying attention to me. Talks to me when ever she can. Then the other day, one of my friends asks whats up with us. That she may like me and is always touching me. Next day, she tries to write on my arm and it seems like she is trying to touch my hand. But when i asked her about it she says she does that to everyone, but i havent seen the same attention to anyone else. Today in the hall walked right into me. Problems are shes bi and apprently wants to have a relationship with a girl but apparently its not happening. She touchs other guys So does she like me and if so how do i ask.

I know some girls like that. Always touching... Wanting to do SOMETHING with him.
Most likely, if she pays that much attention to you, she has a liking for you. If you let her do such things, you can show her that you have a liking for her, because if you didn't even know her, would you let her do that? It's something to do with... body language or something like that.
If you see her messing with other guys in your presence, she wants you to recognize her. Or she wants to make you jealous.
If she's bi, and wants a girlfriend, you need to sneak around and see if any other bi girls might have a thing for her. At least tell her that there's a chance for a gf. If not, tell her you're there for her if you wouldn't mind liking her.
If you don't think it would work out between you two, put some restrictions to her. Don't let her do certain things that might get too "close" to your personal space. Get my idea? If she's always touching, she's wanting to touch more. So restrict her some, if you don't want that. But if you do like her, but want restrictions. Let them be. Give restrictions but show others way that you still like her, like... carrying her stuff every now and then, or walking around with her. Give her attention when she needs it. If she's lonely or looks down, that's your que.

A lot of time girls, especially in high school, really just like the attention that the guys give them. Take a closer look at how much attention other guys give her -- because that might be why she does more with you, concidering you seem to give her a LOT of attention.
Best way to see is to kind of ignore her a bit (not straight up) and see how she reacts. If she gets desperate for your attention, than she probably doesn't like you. If she seems concerned that something is wrong, she might. If she doesn't care, than that also is a sign that she just liked the attention.
I knew a lot of girls like this when I was in H.S. I hope this helps.

Are you sure she's bi? Sounds like she is testing her feelings/leanings and is finding she likes guys more. The touchy feely, teasing stuff is her way of flirting/testing the waters. If you enjoy the attention and want to get to know her better let her know in subtle ways (brush her hair off her cheek, guide her by the elbow through a crowd...), and the feeling is truly mutual she will respond positively. Sometimes actions speak louder than words.

I think she is a nut and you are a fool to try to measure if she likes you a little bit more or a lot more or whatever. 1st off, she's probably not Bi, its just a rumor like everything else in school. I'm in high school, and she's totally into you. Ask her out. Can you not take a hint? She's toatally into you and you're totally oblivious. Keep us posted.

I don't think that there is anything special going on, maybe she just wants to experience what it is like. In other words, she is testing it. Sounds sick, I know, but if she's like that with anyone, then I don't think that there is anything special. Don't worry, there's always another girl in the end.
