I need to drive to Vegas on the 28th leaving from LAX Does anyone know how to get there now that the 15 is in construction.....
I was told it was a 3 to 5 hour waite on the 15 any other routes I can take

I am driving because I have to pick up a load of PR books and then two people in Lancaster
and to add to the load I have a 3 year old going with me
This all business me the nanny the kid and a partner

i live in denver and after i priced out the gas it was much cheaper to fly out there. but from LA you might be able to get there a little cheaper in a car.take 40 to i95 or i15 to 127 put both cities into ://googlemaps.com

I think the 15 is the only way to drive there from L.A. If you're going to be at LAX anyway, why not fly? They have so many flights leaving at all hours, you should be able to get a fairly inexpensive ticket to Vegas. Also, you KNOW that you'll win the money back once you get to Vegas...so, you'll really be flying for free+you'll get there sooner, so there will be more time to make more money! There is always construction on the 15. Depending on where you leave from and go to, there sre some back roads around some of it.
Look at a real map for details.
leaving from LA on a saturday is not as bad as a friday, but traffic TO as Vegas will be heavy.
