I am sorry for your loss. It must be very hard for you.
For mystical traveling, try taking a class at the Monroe Institute. Here's the website: http://www.monroeinstitute.com/
Be careful, though. Mystically it is said people choose their deaths for a reason, even when they are not aware of it on this physical plane. It could have been her time.

No it can't be done, you're only engaging in magical thinking if you think you can. I can prove it, too. With time travel it should be a trivial matter to become very rich, very quickly with the lottery or stock market. Just see what tomorrow's numbers are going to be, and place your money accordingly. Go ahead and try it, I'll wait. :-) I can also think of all sorts of other tests to prove to you that what you think is time travel, isn't.
Out of body experiences are nothing special. There's a region of the brain which, when it malfunctions due to drugs, epilepsy, electrical stimulation, or a variety of other reasons, can generate OBE's. They've even been able to generate them "on demand" in the lab. It's all an illusion, though. Your mind isn't actually leaving your body. Again, this can be proven. Next time before you have an OBE, have a friend pick a card at random from a deck and place it face up on a high shelf, above where you can see it. When you have your OBE, your mind should be able to float up high enough to see what that card is. If you return to your body and the card isn't actually what you thought you saw, that's a pretty good indication that your OBE was just a fancy hallucination.
Now, let's talk about time travel again. Any means of travelling to the past, should also allow you to travel to the future. (At a rate faster than just waiting around for the future to become the present.) But that, in turn, would mean that the future is already laid out before us, that our fates have already been written. If that's the case, then Megan's death was "preordained," and there's nothing you can do about it anyway.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but a firm grounding in reality is really the best way to cope with life's sadder events.

This Megan from Sherman's lagoon?
She's dead?
Anyways, time travel...
I think u need to find a device that allows you to de-atomise your body.
Have it placed in a TIME capsule.
(You'd definitely need an assistance here.)
Once done, place that capsule in the VCR near the left tape roller thingy.
Get THAT assistant to rewind and please use the remote - radioactive discharge - DON'T TAKE ANY RISK - might end up on OPRAH.
Walah!
The beauty of this experience (meant to type experiment) is that if you're like tired, you can always pause during a commercial...
