Miller grinds grain into flour. Old days, they'd use mill-stones, turned by wind or water, and call it a windmill or watermill, depending on how it was powered.

A miller is someone who runs a mill, usally to make flour. There really isn't a modern day title for it.

yeah beer or a moth. miller moths are the common name not sure if they have another. but they come around during the summer and run into incandescent lights at night.

It's someone who mills corn or another grain, and it's the only word for it that I know of.
