One more answer?? It does help sometimes if your pipes are accessible to slide some insulation in between them and a wall or 2x4 or what ever they are clicking on... if you can not reach it and you have determined where it is it might be possible to drill a small hole and put some spray foam in around it.
if your house is new,1-3 years, there could be some settling that has moved things and adjusted itself so to speak.

Check to see if your water meter dials are turning when you know for sure all the water is turned off in your house. You might have a pipe under the slab or somewhere else that is leaking and your hearing the water running. If not that then you might have air in your water lines. You can get a plumber to install an air arrestor to stop any water hammering.

water pipes make that clicking noises due to the expansion of the pipes as the hot water goes through them

One other thing, depending on the exact noise, you might want to check that the pressure of the water coming into the house is not set too high. That will cause very loud thumping (not really clicking) noises. Good luck!

?? I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you are asking if it's normal for pipes to thump or make noise after running water, yes, because of air in the lines.
