For a week or so now my lips inside and out and seemed a little numb, and I don't know why. Could it be that while I sleep i'm breathing through my mouth or something? I don't have a cold and my nose is not stuffed up. But when I sleep on my back, I do snore. Is this it or is it something more serious. Thanks

that type of condition takes position to me when I eat too a lot sugar for some days. Taking B-complicated supplementations about the different day helps heal this up and keep it from occurring even with if I do eat fairly some chocolates for an afternoon or 2.

It could be from smoking too much and if you don't smoke maybe you need a guard over your teeth as you could be biting your lips.snoring also is really bad for you and there is help from your doctor for that. That I do know for sure as my nephew has a snoring problem and hasn't really slept for years even though he snored all night long. nose strips helped me. But for him he sleeps with a machine over his face and feels really good now .

If you're a smoker and/or a mouth breather, that may be your answer. If neither of those fit, then the best thing to do would be to visit a Dr.
