Well I'm going to be "parenty" because yours obviously aren't doing a very good job. Their 13 year old daughter is online declaring her bra size! You don't need to show off your boobs unless you like to get molested by creepy old guys. How about for now, you dress like the little girl that you are, and worry about being a kid. And quit announcing your boob size online. That's sick.

Wear loose tops like sweaters or T-shirts. Find patterns that are vertical rathar than horizontal. Vertical lines may help you to look slimmer (if that would help). You may want to find a tight jog-bra that will hold you tigher, thereby looking smaller.

umm...i thought i should tell you that academic intelligence is different from social intelligence, common sense intelligence, etc.
and if you have not-small boobs...than it's much easier for you to look like a slut/whore/skank/etc than a small boobed girl in the same outfit.
i'd say...wear a cami underneath a v-neck or polo shirt....and then some jeans or a skirt.

My goodness your 13 and have C's?? Wtf i'm 16 and I'm not even close to that, well if I were you they have really cute new sweaters they are inventing in a lot of stores. They are really in style, you wear a cute cami underneath and some are scoop or vnecks and they don't show to much but it's something different then a tshirt! you should look at websites with popular teen clothing.

Check out teen fashion magazines. Also, look at TV shows whose girls dress the way you like, and dress that way!
Good for you that you are enjoying your body!
I'm really disgusted by all these judgemental people answering you. Their attitudes are sick, and a perfect example of why so many poor young American girls develop a negative image of their bodies. Don't be intimidated by these Puritanical attitudes. You ask a good, mature question, and it shows that you are interested in far more than just "showing-off" your breasts.

let boys focus on your brain if you have one. cover up the mammory glands, they are for feeding babies. if you want babies quicker, wear slutty clothes, and have lots of sex. good luck!
