neither bankruptcy nor the judgment alone would be sufficient. Typically, suspensions occur for what are considered relatively minor ethical violations. But all of this is dependent upon the law in your state.

It depends on what the state authority wants to do, but generally not.

Bankruptcy generally means someone made some bad choices and judgement errors, but doesn't necessarily say anything about honesty.

Lawyers generally only lose their licenses for being dishonest, particularly with client funds, or for not paying the annual renewal fees.

A judgement against the lawyer for money probably won't mean a thing by itself. If he refused to pay it, maybe.

Not usually, depends on the state he or she is licensed in. But I do know it would be harder to FIRST GET your license to be lawyer with that on record.

You need to really f/u/c/k up. A felony conviction might not even do it. They would have to find a dead teenage boy in your freezer and prove that you married and planned to eat him in order to remove you from the bar.

misusing money being held in contempt they will only be disbared if they were dishonest about something.
