This will be for a physical newsletter, one that I print out and distribute to my school.

I don't want to get fancy but I do want to be able to kinda sqaure off each article with lines and I'm can't figure out how to do that. Plus I already tried downloading the Newsletter Wizard, but it didn't come out correctly, only the footer showed up...

I also want to be able to do it on Word not Publisher... bc i don't have publisher... THANKS!

Word will do everything you need for a newsletter if you know how to do columns, section breaks, column breaks, work with graphics, text direction ...

I prefer landscape, three-fold.
Open a Word document.
Format, Columns, three
If you want lines between columns, indicate that.

You want each article to be "squared off" with lines? You want "text boxes" which you create by clicking the "draw button."
Draw a text box and type within.

Add graphics. Right-cl on the graphic and indicate how you want text to wrap.

You are trying to create an advanced document with what sounds like little or no background. Way too much to try to explain here. Why don't you go to www.amazon.com, look for used books, and see what you can find in Word. I've saved a lot of money on used books and all so far have minor marks on the covers.

If you have MS Works Word Processor, you can set columns by clicking Format>Columns.
Once you have a general look you like, you can save it as a template and reuse it.
