I am in the middle of a divorce, but I still sleep with him, is that wrong?

Its not only wrong morally but in a legal sense. In Oklahoma if you have sex with your ex after the divorce he can come back and UNDO the divorce. He may try to use that to say he doesnt WANT a divorce or to try and delay the divorce. "Judge I dont want a divorce and she still loves me We still do the nasty regularly, can you order that we undergo marriage counseling?" The judge might grant this request. All state laws are different. For your own sanity you should quit. Its hard but you left for a reason and untill you stay away you will not be ready to love again. That is an awful feeling to know you arent with someone... (no husband) but you cant really be with a new friend to get to know because you arent really single either. THAT LIMBO THING SUCKS dont ask me how i know i am too ashamed to say but really... dont do it.

I am divorcing and my wife and I do not even touch the divorce is ammicable she makes 1/3 what I do but is paying me alimony. The soon to be ex has fallen for another dude so he gets the sex

I did up until about 3 months ago. We've been divorced since March 2001. Sex with him has always been beautiful. Recently, I started seeing behaviors in him that reminded me why I divorced him back in 2001. We haven't spoken in weeks. It's probably for the best. But I think about him every day. The good thing is...I don't hurt on the inside anymore.
I don't necessarily think its wrong, but please be careful.

No...Thats funny though... But i hear a lot of people do that though why going through a divorce. To me i think that its stupid, why get a divorce?

I see nothing wrong with it. You're technically still married. Have fun!! I did the same thing.. If you need to have a org..m, go where you know it is safe and comfortable.

yep your letting him use you. I do not sleep with my ex we have never even had a civil conversation from the day i kicked him out 3.5 years ago.
