i found the e book to be very informative and hassle-free to envision. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too immediately. i'll confess i've got no longer accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet regularly) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden retains flying off. It needless to say works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it could scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i could lose. So thank you back for the records. i've got by no potential offered something like this earlier because of the fact they're many times full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start right this moment!

Don't worry about "exercising". Just go outside and play! Ride your bike and play dodgeball and tag with your friends, and go for walks, and anything else you can think of.
And something to think about when you are vegetarian: too much wheats and starches (breads, potatoes, chips, crackers, granola bars, etc.) if you eat too much of those without enough fruits, veggies and *protiens* to balance it, it can create fat, too. So be sure to eat lots of fruits and veggies , too, *and* foods high in protien. If you don't want to eat meat, be sure to have things like peanut butter, chic peas, beans, eggs, cheese, milk, fish or seafood (if you eat that), tofu (it's good! :) ), other things like that.
But really, you're still growing, and I think it would be a very good idea to reconsider your decision to be vegetarian. You really need a lot of protien right now, as well as all the vitamins and minerals and *irons* that are in meats that you can't get anywhere else. (Especially when you get your period, you'll *really* need iron, or you could get a little bit anemic, and feel really tired and lousy - it's not fun!) Broccoli is pretty high in iron, but you may still need meats.
So think it over! :)
Good luck with it. ^_^

Do not try to diet, just eat healthy. No soda or excess sugar or bad fats. If you have a craving for something sweet, eat a piece of fruit and drink a glass of water! Try going out for sports at your school - an easy and fun way to stay in shape! I wish I had that option now, I'm 20 and I just have to do plain old walking and running by myself. Sports are fun!

Look I'm 12 to so I can relate I'm about 103, and I used to be 113. so all you have to do is pick the most healthy food and chose to eat that, remember don't skip meals because as so soon As you stop eating for a while when you finally eat your food will make you have dubble the fat. But I wouldn't be worried just eat all healthy food.

I don't think 100 lbs is even remotely over weight, but to keep from gaining more than you would like just eat healthy and exercise. Walking, dance class, sports things like that will keep you in shape. And you are beautiful just the way you are both inside and out. Don't let anyone ever tell you or make you believe otherwise. (And please don't compare yourself to those rail thin models and celebs. They are anorexics and made of plastic.)

If you'll click on the link, you'll see that you are a healthy weight.
If you would still like to trim down a LITTLE, I would advise cutting down on the soda (max. one a day) and snacks.
