The world's largest mountain chain is the Himalayas, which includes Mt. Everest. The Himalayas not only run through India, but also Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Nepal, and Bhutan. The Himalayas separate the subcontinent of India and the Tibetan Plateau. The largest mountain chain in India is the Hindu Kush.

I'm not sure how you'd define largest, but there's a pretty long one that stretches from northern Alaska to southern Argentina, not far from Antarctica. The northern part is called the Rockies and the southern part is called the Andes.

Well, we've arbitrarily given different names to different parts of it, but a continuous mountain range extends from the Kamchatka peninsula, through the Aleutian islands, Mt. McKinley, the Canadian and American Rockies, Mexico, Central America, the Andes, Tierra del Fuego, and the Antarctic peninsula.
