ok so i was watching the news earlier this week or last and it talked about the new amendment that passed. the way i see it, if u stand in the way of the president or his agenda you could be deemed a terorist, wouldn't be able to fight it in a court, and then be "interogated" with what ever method the president aproves as long as its not torchure. so u can be beaten have dogs attack you ect. this sounds an aweful lot like the old soviet union after WWII. explain to me how this is constatutional.

There was no new amendment passed and all the Democrats and liberals oppose Bush and none have been beaten or attacked with dogs. Make sure that you get hings right before you go around spreading false information.

I'm sure I answer the same question earlier in the week. Only the other asker provided a link to his source. I used his link as proof he didn't have a clue what the bill was about.

I see the problem.

You said you were watching the news.... did you believe them?

That's probably where you went wrong. Be more careful in the future, and do a websearch to get the real story.
