Bush gets the blame for gas prices increasing ?? It's obviously coming again, right ??

No organization can control the price of a product indefinitely. There are economic laws that will keep some of the larger producers supplying oil at lower prices because of their underlying costs they can’t function at lower productions levels. It is this principle that broke the back of the oil supply stoppage back in the 1970’s.
Also, if OPEC makes the prices too high others will come up with alternative energy sources. Short term they might get higher prices and profits—long term they are doomed to failure. The free market and production costs ultimately control prices.
Maybe we should hope for higher prices to force us out of our dependence on foreign oil.

well.. Bush doens't control OPEC...
But haven't you seen him cozy up to Saudi leaders a lot... and aren't they some of the main leaders of OPEC...
I'm waiting for a president that will STAND UP TO OPEC INSTEAD OF KISSING THEIR FEET... break up this un-American cartel using market pressure techniques...
also the big thing will be if the UN imposes sanctions on Iran... that will screw the pooch on prices...

Hey, I saw pump prices up about 4 cents already. So it won't be long. They'll just keep cutting back until it's up above $70 again.

Assuming you're defining 'grownup' as age 18? if so, already previous that. yet do I evaluate myself a genuine grownup? no longer somewhat. No earnings, no longer paying expenses, complete time pupil... basically a glorified teen.

It is their oil, they can charge what they want.
I don't like any more than you do, but nothing can be done about this particular situation.
But blaming Bush is wrong headed.

gas went up again figures oil companies just can't get enough from us we need to veto them for one day
