Believe it or not being on Yahoo Answers is a stress reliever for me.

I believe there are many stress relievers. This all depends on what kinda stress is in ones mind. Sex is a solution and eases stress, but what if a person is having it daily and is still stressed ? Stress can only be dealt with on a individual basis, thus meaning everyones solution is different.

Well I would say sex too...but it's not always (most times) not when I want it. Part of life's little compromises...so it's not a reliable stress reliever. But running 4 miles does it every time.

Vigorous exercise. The kind that makes it so you can only concentrate on the activity at hand. Or, any activity that requires total focus. Physical activity is the best IMHO.

Well since I gave up marijuana many years ago I can't say that so...

A nice hot shower or bath.
Comfy PJ's.
A glass of wine.
A lavender candle.
A good book.
