There are only a few I can think of that aren't up here already.
Those are leaving the pits without a lug nut, any unapproved motor or chassis modification and missing the chicane at Watkins Glen to gain positions.

There are so many, guess I will grab first on my mind, AGRESSIVE DRIVING will without fail draw a penalty, as well as a first class VIP ticket to the "OVAL OFFICE" @ race end. Most drivers would choose to climb steps of a gallows pole over steps @ oval office! Just one invite can change a drivers entire life as well as style of driving, including a possibility of seeking new employment! Humble pie is the only dish served after fine!

besides the ones already mentioned, pitting while pit road is closed, jumping a restart, passing on the inside on a restart before reaching the start/finish line, pitting outside the box(both left wheels must be completely inside the pit box), having a tire roll across pit road during a pit stop. disobeying the commitment cones at the entrance to pit road, working on your car during a red flag, excessive blocking in a restrictor plate race, hmm, that's all i can think of off the top of my head, but there are certainly more.

You are not allowed to run onto the track to beat up the dude that just spun you out. A sure penalty.

Driving over the white line

This weekend, we may see the Yellow Line come into play. In the restrictor plate races, you get penalized if you go below the yellow line and improve your position in the process. It seems to have come in to play in each of the races and I would expect it to this coming weekend.
