I saw this thing at Best Buy that looked old fashoned, it was a record player on the top with a CD player on the side. I was wondering, since there is something like this, is there anything that plays CDs, records, and cassettes, so I can have all forms of my musical media be played on one device? Like if you know of any website where you could buy an "all-in-one"? Thanks! ;o)

After I got my IPOD, I wondered why I needed all the equipment. The music I so enjoyed on vinyl and in cassette form I could find and download a cleaner version to my little handheld. When I need a CD player, I use my computer, otherwise it's my little podling for everything else.

In fact, the player can play just about anywhere -- I even used once in a '78 T-bird's 8 track player with FM Booster and showed its versatility against 25 CD player with a couple of wires. Good luck in your search, though; it's difficult to find equipment whose service level matches your needs.

Your best bet is to buy a receiver at Best Buy or someplace, get a CD/Tape player and a seperate cheap record player and run the decks through the receiver. You then hook speakers up to the receiver.

Yes, there is. I don't know what it's called, but it looks like a turntable and it plays records and then it has a place to play CD's and tapes as well.
