No I think it would probably be scared that you were going to kill it, as foxes have a natural fear of humans like most wild animals and at some point try and bite you.

I would be if I was a fox. Foxes are sly creatures and they can't be trusted. They may not be greatful just because of their nature.

Although animals ARE capable of feels (despite what someone else said), it is probably not intelligent enough to even realise it has a life and that it can lose it... I doubt it realises that you saved it.
