From my understanding (and as Ive said I havnt had time to keep up on story) wasnt the page 18 yrs old?
I only ask because I am wondering if the label of pedophile is accurate.

My question is.. How old were the pages? My understanding is that the alleged victim was 18. If this is true and if it happened, Foley is gay and uses bad judgment, not a pedophile.

None have been reported to be prepubescent. So no, pedophile doesn't apply here, but it sure gets people angered more than describing it by what it really is, which is a homosexual scandal.
