One sure way to find out is to ask a doctor. I've never heard of being halfway circumcised, but anything is possible in the medical profession. There are those that graduated at the top of the class and those that came in last. Maybe you had a doctor that was ranked 300th out of a class of 300.

Look at the picture in the link. If it looks somewhere halfway in between an uncircumcised and a circumcised penis it's one of two things. Either you're uncircumcised but have a short foreskin that only covers part of your glans. Or you had a partial circumcision where only part of the foreskin was removed. Either one is possible. If you find a scar "ring" or an area on your penis where the color changes abruptly, you're probably circumcised.

some men have smaller or larger forskins than others. if you are fully circumcised you will not have any excess skin around the penis head. If you are not you will have skin over the head of the penis while you are not erect, the skin will move back upon erection.
Oh and no you can not sue the doctor cause your mother at your birth signs waviers and understands the risks of the surgery and decided to take them when you were cercumsized if you are.

okay?! you would know if your'e circumsized if the head of your penis can be seen... its only the foreskin that has been removed... i don't know if there is such thing as halfway circumsition....its either there is still too much extra skin... but that can be removed...
