should i make my own skirt? if not where can i find a cheap, short one?

Some were denim and some were spandex. I think some were even a cotton poly blend. It would probably be easier to make your own skirt. You might check thrift shops and the like. I'd say a vintage clothing store, but that might be more than you'd want to pay.

I would go somewhere like wal-mart in the fabric dept. and find a cute pattern and some awesome fabric. You can pretty much get a cheap skirt anywhere if you look really hard...HaPpY hAlLoWeEn!!! :*]]
