No, you can't. And actually, you can't register to vote online -- but you can download, complete and print out a voter registration form for your state.

You can visit http://www.declareyourself.com and click on "register to vote," where you can download and complete a voter registration form for your state. Don't forget to print it out, sign it, and mail it to the address indicated on the form for your state.

And don't forget to VOTE on November 7, 2006 -- and remind all your friends and family.

Voter registration is not allowed to be changed online. The change must be recorded in the proper office.

you can download a change of address form, but you must fill it out, sign it and mail or drop it off at your local election commission office. Don't wait too long though as most states have a deadline to get his done before the election.
