Actor - Johnny Depp... I'd watch almost anything he's in. Actress - used to be Halle Barry until she went all "my people" a few years back. Set the civil rights movement back a bit at the same time a "barrier" had been broken. Shameful.

Because even though he's a proper Hollywood star of the 'swoon' variety, he is also amazingly talented and cutting edge. From thought-provoking films like Solaris or Syriana to fun flicks like Ocean's Eleven, he can do it all!
Actress - Meryl Streep.
Pure talent.

Actor: Jack Nicholson: Because above all evidence of him playing the same character over and over and over again, I still find him charismatic, and deeply, deeply brilliant. And attractive, in a very, very weird way. ( Jimmy Stewart plays a very, very, very close second, due to being so sweet and All American (I'm Scottish and I STILL fawn all over it) but Jack can be so deliciously evil, he had to win out.)
Actress: Meryl Steerp: Because she actually IS deeply, deeply brilliant. For specific reasons, watch any of her movies, but especially "The Devil Wears Prada" which would've been totally mundane if she wasn't in it, "Kramer vs Kramer", where she was at her best, and "Postcards from the edge", which was so under-rated it was ridiculous.

I'm in LOVE with Johnny Depp! He's a GREAT actor! He can play, like, any character! And Liv Tyler rocks! She RULES Lord of the Rings, and her other movies were AWESOME too. Oh, and Orlando Bloom is so great! I love ALL of his movies (LOTR and Elizabethtown and Pirates/ Caribbean all the way!)

The old time cowboy actor -Jean Autrey because he and Trigger,- his horse, thrilled me when I was a kid and went to Saturday morning pictures. After all most of the Indians just fell off their horses and were never really shot !

Tom Hanks. He can do any kind of movie, comedy, action or drama and does a great job, is realistc and makes you believe in the character he plays without thought that just 3 months ago he was something completely different.
