Ignore them....they will get the hint. No response is better than a rude one. A polite one may be ok if you can convey uninterest at the same time. Like what is he doing? If he is just talking to you and being frusrating and seems like the kind of erson you can ask to politley not bother you go for it. But if the erson is weird, I would go to higher athority.

Don't give them the satisfaction of knowing they had an effect on you at all - LOL and ignore em. Life's too short to waste a single breath on a jerk :-)

It would depend but usually I ask in a loud voice, So you have an issue with me? Usually, when attention is drawn the twit slithers away... it helps that I am a large individual as is my partner.

Well if I'm at work of course I have to be nice but if it's someone I know I usually can only take it for so long then I chew them out.

I beat them in the head, repeatedly, with a lead pipe, not that I am telling you to do the same, but it works really well for shutting them up.

If you ignore them they will continue to do it. Give it back to them, tell them exactly what you think. The only way they will stop is if you put them in their place.
