dude, i wanna go to dartmouth to study BioChemical Engineering and Neurotechnology, but I'm not sure where to start. Maybe I'll go to UMKC and become a neurologist or physical therapy doctor in 6 years then transfer to engineering.

I know that it is a very veyr prostidgious field of research, both from the medical and engineering perspective. And for good Biomed engineers who know what they're doing, companies and research teams will pay good money.

In theory, BioE is 4 years, but most take 5 years to graduate. MD is a 4 year program. BioE is a very tough program to get through. If you make it through with good grades, you'll have no problem getting into med school.
