Laws vary by state and age and generally don't discern between gay or straight sex. Sex between an adult over 18 and a minor is illegal whether it be gay or straight.

under age boys and over age adults is not legal or moral......so if you know someone who does this or thinking about it, tell them it is wrong and God is watching so stop it and get help from a doctor, or someone at a church.
