Try your public library or if you're in school check their library. You can search worldcat.org to find out what's available in the world or locally, and your own library probably can borrow tapes or cds for you to use from other libraries.

These are just two examples (I used the advanced search in worldcat for keywords "british accent" and limited to format Sound Recordings):
Acting with an accent--British North Country stage dialect instruction
by David Alan Stern
Type: English : Sound Recording : Non-music : Cassette tape Cassette tape
Publisher: Los Angeles : Dialect Accent Specialists, 1983.

Your best bet is to talk to a local librarian because they can hook you up with the actual tapes. Most public libraries have at least email if not im reference service, so you can just send them a message if you don't want to actually go to the library.

If you live in a large city, you can get accent tapes at book stores that specialize in books related to theater.

You can also probably find find accent tapes at: Barnes & Noble, and other large booksellers.

Call the theater department of the universities and community colleges and ask them where you can buy the tapes.

Listen to the radio via the internet. You can choose the radio station by the English city to get the correct accent - but if you are wanting 'RP' (standard English) then listen to BBC Radio 4 via http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/
