No. Its wings need air to generate lift and there is no air in the space between Earth and the Moon.

Yes. As mentioned by others it couldn't generate lift with its wings since the atmosphere of the moon is basically zero. However, if the bird is smart enough to manufacture the oxygen equipment, it's smart enough to know this and to add controllable jets pointing in all directions. Then the oxygen tank becomes a rocket powered backpack and that bird is flying. Go bird go!

A very good question! If a bird has an oxygen tank it would not be able to go to the moon because when it would go about 100miles away from earth it would experience low atmospheric pressure and as it will go on it will fell low and low atmospheric pressure and when it will be at the end of the 'null gravilty point' it will be hanged there like a satellite hanging on the space because it would need over 11 km/s speed to get out of the 'null gravity point'. For instance we think that it attains the 11km/s speed and gets out of the earths 'gravity null point', then after it there would be no atmospheric pressure and the bird would burst into pieces and will never return back. Thank you!

If the compressed oxygen tank had a release valve at the bottom and you opened it, the bird probably would, along with the tank, fly on the moon. However, there would be no way to control its direction and the bird would probably crash a number of times.

Without air pressure, the bird would A, explode, and B, not be able to fly. As a bird pushes down on the air, the air pushes up on the bird with an identical force, in the opposite direction.

Of course the bird could go to the moon.
But it would need to be in a space capsule to get there, just like human astronauts.
In fact, it would be worth taking a bird into outer space to observe how it might fly without gravity. Might have some problems adjusting.

You will have to give the poor thing a big enough tank so air will be flowing around the wings. Otherwise it may crash on the moon and become mashed bird.

umm...I don't think that a bird may carry that big oxygen tank.Maybe you should study more. Oh and the gravity. If the bird tries to carry all those stuff to the moon it would keep falling down.

No. Flying depends on air (or other gas) and the atmosphere does not reach beyond a few tens of kilometers
