how can I activate the coockies on my browsers (sbc and internet explorer) Are they are disabled or somethig ?

I changed my browser's settings maybe I did something else.

1) Open a Internet Explorer Window
2) Tools
3) Internet Options
4) Privacy Tab
5) Move the slider to the lowest setting which allows all cookies.

From Internet Explorer:
cl Tools
cl Internet Options
cl Privacy tab
Move the slider to the bottom and you'll get all the cookies you want - and then some.
