If by cute "punk rock" girls you mean "scenesters" and "mallcore" chicks, then you'll want to check at Delia*s, Wet Seal, PacSun, Target, Express, AE has some, Forever 21, H&M, Urban Outfitters, etc. Almost any "trendy" store will have them. You can also get more expensive ones from True Religion and J Brand and Goldsign and Earnest Sewn, etc.

Actual punk rock girls do not wear anything cute, look at the pictures of punk rock girls in the seventies, when there was real punk rock

Because they're very popular for this season, you can find them just about anywhere. Look online and in stores, especially if you want designer. I have a pair from American Eagle that I love. They fit well, but are still forgiving. Those that I've tried on at other places, specifically Hollister, were not cute. They made even skinny girls look fat. Good luck shopping!
