CitiFinancial is the micro-lending arm of the Citigroup and is normally located in emerging/developing countries. The bank gives financing to small and medium enterprises and people who do not have a large credit line with a bulge-bracket bank. The job is a good stepping stone in small lending and could boost your chances of getting into a large bank. I suggest that you take as much responsibility as you can take and understand the workings of the business. After that, you can apply for the large banks such as HSBC and Citibank NA.
