there are many little things you can do to get taller but there can be no better way than by genetic inheritance...so pick your parents well :)

No it doesn't I'm 6'5", And I rarely drink milk, mostly because I'm lactose intolerant. Sleep helps you get taller, so get tons of it.

milk doesn't help your height..

what determines height is how active your pituitary gland is during puberty

if the pituitary gland is very active during your teen years, then you'll be a taller person. Its all natural.

It helps your bones get stronger but I never heard that it will make you grow taller.
