I want to look cute for my birthday this weekend and I have a black blazer I want to wear. I want to jazz it up somehow and look really good. Any ideas on the outfit?

dark jeans with a slight boot cut, a flashy halter neck top, and pointy toe shoes with a slight heel (so u can actually walk around)..plus u will need a good big bag with lots of color!!!!

really depends on your body shape and the temperature it will be over there. Black shorts with a white top and some really colourful jewellery (if you can manage it, go fluoro, but I'm a realist, I know that fluoro colours don't work on everyone)
Even a pretty a line skirt, just above the knee or knee length, if the blazer finishes between waist and hip length, if it's any longer than that than the best bet would be to wear them with a nice pair of dark denim jeans.
But because it's black, dress it up with as much colour as you like. But make sure that you're comfortable wearing what you decide, the more comfortable you are in an outfit, the more confident you are in it, the more the outfit works in your benefit.

Wear jeans with heals and a cute skimpy sort of shirt (maybe one of those shiny ones that look like nightgowns) under it. Something with some lace, to counter act the boyishness of a blazer and add some color. A bright lacy/shiny shirt under an open black blazer would look realy cute. With jeans and black heals, and to jazz it up even more pick out some chunky bead necklaces or something, as long as they are pretty long. Like black and maybe a color just a little off from the shirt you pick to wear with it, maybe a matching chunky braclet. Just don't do chunky necklace and earings, keep the earings simple. Add a red lip and you're good to go.

A sexy pair of jeans or a medium length skirt,
It seems you may want to look trandy, so go for a nice pair of jeans and a simple top, singlet or layers. Be your self and have fun with it, experiment and go to the shops with your blazer and try on different things until you look really good. A simple necklace, or a sexy extravanagant necklace look great, and a great hairstyle.

I would get a cute denim mini skirt with a pair of high heels...and then wear some style of shirt that is any shade of blue (or whatever color you want) and then layer the blazer onto...super cute!!!

Wear a red T - shirt underneath it. Dark wash flare jeans, and black Manolo Blahniks. Pair with silver hoops earrings. Really pretty.
