does anyone know the laws real good in illinois or any advice on what to do about my situation..........here goes......i know its bad..........dui 9 yrs. ago......felony 3 yrs. ago.......violated my probation once, violated it again and got a new charge and just violated it again ( so now violated 3x's ) w/ another dui..........on second violation and charge, i spent 30 days in county.......does anyone have helpful advice or knowledge or anything ..........plz help

Recidivism is an aggravating circumstance in the prosecution of any misdemeanor or crime. Stop repetition of committing the same mistakes because the law will be harsh to you. Change your lifestyle and be good already.

Get yourself a lawyer and get prepared. It's likely you're going to be spending longer than 30 days incarcerated.
Also, please ignore the advice of the poster trying to sell you on prepaid legal insurance. If he's too big an idiot to even understand what he's selling, he's too big an idiot to be advising you. Talk to a lawyer, and don't wait.
