if ur a single guy, and dont want to spend a lot of money, manayunk is a great place! to check it out, visit this website: http://www.manayunk.com/

but, if you are not into the social scene, or if your looking to start a family or have one (and if you have quite a bit of money) the main line (RIGHT outside the city) is the place for you! visit this

but, if you don't want to spend a lot of money, but want a nice neighborhood, try chestnut hill. visit this website to learn more: http://www.chestnuthillpa.com/

GOOD LUCK!

the Chamber of Commerce in any city will send you an information packet on that city if you call and request it.
You can also go online and type in the name of the city/state and it will bring up sites for you to look at.

good luck & be cool....
