I walked about six miles 5 days ago. I dont think my numbness was because of the walk b/c the day after the walk i felt nothing. It was the second day that my calves were numbesh. There is no pain just a little tremble/numb kinda feeling. any ideas?

Probably just over-exerted that first day, symptoms didn't occur until the second day. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I certainly would check to see if my walking shoes were comfortable and especially check to see if they support your arches.

Often you don't get the muscle effects from unaccustomed exercise until the 2nd day

Perhaps the temperature, or you stretched a muscle while you were sleeping, and didnt noticed. Stressed?
