I feel a very sharp pain in my left leg. It's coming from the shin part of my leg; on the side. As soon as I apply wheight on that leg, I feel a sharp soar towards the inner side of my leg. When I relieve the weight from that leg, I feel the pain stronger. I just got this as I started jogging. It's gotten so bad I started limping in order to walk. I'm very mad because I want to do something active and healthy for myself and I can't; I have an impediment, I can't even dance. Can anyone try to identify what I have with the details that I have provided?

Sounds like you may have a 'shin splint'. You need to see a doctor who can help you with it. Sometimes the impact of running when one is heavy or hasn't done it in a long time can cause the bone to create a splinter.
Choose non running activity's to get active such as cycling or swimming.
