I was looking for a costume for my daughter who is only a year old and it was creeping me out how many costumes they have for girls that are slutty looking. I saw all these slutty costumes I was sure where for an adult and they were for young girls, what in the world is going on? I know I would never let my 12 year old daughter dress up like a dominatrix, but the costume is out there. When did halloween change from being a fun kid holiday to a chance to look like a stripper in public and get away with it for a night, and for little girls, WTF?

I look at the ways holiday celebrations have changed and I think I must be getting old, because, like you I am shocked at some of the stuff on the market. And I never thought of myself as a prude. But some of the costumes out there for young children are beyond words. When your dressing little boys as slashers and small girls as strippers there's something wrong with society. I've gotten so i don't enjoy Halloween any longer. My neighbors decorate their yards more for Halloween than they do Christmas. It's just wrong. Children should be allowed to be children, we need to be careful with trying to rush their growing up. Physically we can make them appear older, but their little minds are still young and immature. They end up as very confused adults.

Whoo! That's crazy. For adults, as the movie Mean Girls so well put it, Halloween is a chance for girls to dress like sluts and get away with it; but that certainly doesn't apply to little girls! What happened to fairy princess costumes?

There are indeed other forms of life, and they don't all have
our best interests in mind.
Many silly people play right along with the efforts of these
beings to corrupt us, because they want to excuse their own
behavour.
Cartoons getting increasingly violent, vulgar, (everybody farting
and burping), HA HA HA, your such a PRUDE!
Not really, just "EYES WIDE OPEN!"
Making young children look like seductive adults. Teaching
them "horney" dancing, instead of talented dancing.

yup...no idea all I know is that our society has stopped treasuting sex...and all they see it is as somehting fun to do.... hey ask my 14 yr old sluty cousin....shes been dating since she was nine. I started to date when I was 17...I tell her to stop....but the boys treat her like ****.....poor gal... but yup sex = fun not love anymore. Luckily my finace understood me (mind you he is older....no sex until marriage for me)
