Most are in fact human. Some however are escapees from an intergalactic insane asylum.
The only way to tell the difference is to assault them with makeup remover. If the paint comes off, HUMAN. If it does not, this is an intergalactic fugitive who is armed and dangerous. Destroy immediately.
