well if i knew u i would hug u back and say that u were also. but if u were just a random person that i didn't know then i would hug u back (not so sincerely) and after u were gone i would be kinda freaked out

alot would depend on where this happened ... if I was in the mens room and someone came up to me hugged me and said I was speciel I would have issues with that..
