I'm a great gardener so food would be no problem.
Not much of a builder however so just (male) someone very handy and clever.
They would need to be interesting too (don't mind being on a deserted island), but don't want to be bored.

I would bring a great big book full of great stories. Start reading and before you know it there will be a whole island full of people.
Some will be just like you and some really strange and different. Time will past real fast and with a little prayer you will open your eyes and find yourself right where you should be.

I would take my mom cause we have lots of fun and she means the world to me. Besides I can touch myself behind a tree or something so why take a man to spoil the fun and adventure.
