I think I may be pregnant, but the two different home tests came up negative. I do think I have some of the symptoms of early pregnancy. I tend to get nauseous and tire out easily. Should I wait another week to take a home test again, or should I just go directly to see a doctor?

A blood test at a clinic can detect pregnancy earlier and more accurate than home tests. If you are already within the time window on a home test kit you are able to be tested at a clinic. If you are feeling unwell you should see a doctor, or at least discus your issue with the on call nurse.
