This is ethanol if you made a typo because ethanol should be C2H5OH.

Note: It can not be dimethyl ether [CH3OCH3]

You have too many H atoms for a stable organic compound.
Carbon can only have 4 bonds and Oxygen can only have 2, so the maxcimum hydrogens is 6. The compound could be Ethyl Alcohol or dimethyl ether.
