3, 1, and 6
"I keep on seeing the numbers 3, 1, and 6, and in different orders, on the clock or on licence plates, I have been seeing these numbers for a few years now and they are always reoccuring daily. I want to know what these numbers mean please."

It means...three.
Or, if it's December 3, if means my birthday!!! :D
http://members.aol.com/twarren13/numbers.html is where I got the following info:
God sent the three messengers to Abraham to tell him that Sarah would conceive in her old age (Genesis 18), by the use of the number three we see in this an illustration that they came with God's "purpose and will" to Abraham.
God brought a thick darkness upon the land of Egypt (exodus 10:22-23) for three days. In this, God's purpose and sovereign will of judgment is worked out. The number three illustrated that it was for God's purposes that they were in darkness while all the Children of Israel had light!
We can see this in the three times in a year God commanded that the men of Israel were to appear before the Lord in Jerusalem.
In 2nd Samuel 21:1 the Lord sends famine in the land for three years, and says it was because of Saul and his bloody house.
These places where the number three is found is numerical symbology which is putting forth spiritual truths, that we can learn from as we consider them. For in three, God works out His purpose and His will. As Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights, so it indicated it was for God's purpose.
So apparently, it has biblical meaning or something...
Or, according to http://members.aol.com/DrNewKnee/numbers/3.htm:
There is rhythm to the number three. It is a rhythm with universal appeal. Although it is a simple rhythm, it makes music come alive. It is a song that has been sung countless times and in countless ways. Almost innately, the beat of three conveys fulfillment. The number two often seems lacking, but three seems instantly sufficient.
Yay! Three has rythm!...o_o Huh?
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucky_number
By some scientific method, three is a lucky number. Yay me.
The third dimension - we do things in threes so they will manifest in our physical realm.
It's roots stem from the meaning of multiplicity. Creative power; growth. Three is a moving forward of energy, overcoming duality, expression, manifestation and synthesis. Three is the first number to which the meaning "all" was given. It is The Triad, being the number of the whole as it contains the beginning, a middle and an end.
Three is birth, life, death. It is the beginning, middle and end. Three is a complete cycle unto itself. It is past, present, future.
The symbol of three is the triangle. Three interwoven circles or triangles can represent the indissoluble unity of the three persons of the trinity. Others symbols using three are: trident, fleur-de-lis, trefoil, trisula, thunderbolt, and trigrams.
Three is the heavenly number, representing soul, as four represents body. Together the two equal seven (3+4=7 ) and form the sacred hebdomad. The 3x4=12 representing the signs of the Zodiac and months of the year.
