i know someone who was arrested for felony check writing in the state of florida in 1996, she now lives in nc will the felony show up on her criminal background check?

Forever unless she was a juvenile when she committed the felony and in my state that disappears after 7years if no other crime is committed in that period.

Records of crimes always come out even when a person is in the other state. Governments share information particularly in the verification of a personal record.

it lasts for life...its on ur perment record and it follows you everywhere...u want a good job but u got a felony their not going to hire you...
