you don't have to pay unless a page comes up after you connect and it would say something about paying for using the internet

no you dont have to pay for the internet but you have to buy a router,about 60 bux, to give you access to the internet

your psp is wireless you need to up grade your software so you can have Internet, but you need to be some where, where there is wireless Internet
