I usually download videos using a regular file sharing network such as KaZaA or LimeWire. But you could try visiting http://www.videopimp.org/ . It has a wide variety of downloadable videos and it's free :).

i have used a lot of mp3 web content, both loose and those you will pay for. i got here across that with loose mp3s ocassionaly i'd get contaminated by skill of a virulent disease which mucked up my computing device.
