It depends what you want it for.
If you want it to listen primarily for music, then the iPod is the way to go. The video is clever, but the screen is tiny and it can get frustrating to try and watch.
Basically, the iPod is a music player with some video and simple games functionality.
PSP is a games machine with some music and movie functionality ( and the screen on the PSP is **** hot)

It depends on what you want to do with it. The PSP can play movies that are available on the special DVD format and you can play video games. The iPod can play movies and TV shows that you can buy from iTunes and it's a great portable music player.
You'll need to decide whether video games or music playback is more important to you. You should also look at the selection of movies that are available in each format.

Psp no doubt. You can play games on it, surf the web, put video clips, download games from the internet such as mario!..(but if u want internet on your psp you'll need a router) and the screen is big comparaing to the ipod video, so it wont hurt your eyes and finaly the graphics are better and you dont have to convert notthing. But you'll have to buy memory for the psp. but i'll rate it as PSP:60% ipod video:40%

psp is great but i THINK psp is more than ipod. but you can an psp for like $50 instead of $200 on ebay!

wat a silly question. Do you want PSP games or not? If not iPod is definitly better. If you want PSP games, dont ever go for anything else. Cauz no portable gaming devices can match PSP. By the way, iPod games are pretty crappy for pro gammer.

>??????????? you cant compare the two. psp is portable media player without enough capaicty. th eipods a pmp same but with high capapciyt and is meant for music. the psp is meant for video and games. but if you wanted for video pictures and music the creative zen vision m or w would wipe out both.
