Why do only chinese people work at the chinese resteraunts and nail salons i walk by in the mall? they are all chinese or asian. why? i have been wondering this for a while now. lol

I swear I thought the same thing. I am not being stero typing or anything either. I think it is like the only ones you see mowing the lawns is the spanish... BUT they are ALL very hard working people, and I hope that whoever is here is legal, thats all, other than that, I have nothing to say bout them.... M husband is from pakistan and he is computer programer... like the other 1000 thousand paki's, and the indian people all seem to run hotels and gas stations, lol......

Well, it would make sense that Chinese people would work at Chinese restaurant. Many nail salons are owned by Vietnamese.
It sounds like you are making a generalization that all the Asians in your area are Chinese. There can be Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Laotian, Korean, Taiwanese, Thai, Cambodian and many other Asian store owners, too.

Well Americans do have talents but I'm guessing that most asian specialize in cooking chinese food lol and doing nails. My asian friend is really good at them too.

yeah dude, me too! i mean can american's not apply or something?! i mean if americans work at gas stations and fast food, lord knows they would work at a chinese rest. or a nail salon.......so y aren't they there?! someone out there must know the answer to this question!!!!!!!!!
